Scott Personnel was established in February 1989 in Brisbane.  Margaret and Graham Scott are the founders and directors and wished to open a small employment agency offering a more personalised service to clients and applicants.  They felt with the fast paced lifestyle and technology change in the business world—the ‘personal’ touch was quickly disappearing and not all clients and applicants wanted to be a number on a database or ‘click’ on this if you want to register with us—a total clinical and joyless process.  After all we are involved in the HUMAN Resources industry.


Over the years we have established a confidential, professional, friendly approach to developing a close working relationship with our clients.  Some of our applicants have returned to us for assistance several times over the years.  We are fortunate to have applicants who refer their friends to us, which is very much appreciated.


Our reputation is built on treating our clients fairly and honestly and our applicants in a helpful and friendly polite manner.  The saying “The applicant of today is the client of tomorrow” springs to mind.  As we need to have both clients and applicants of good quality, we need to be conscious of the quality of our service.
