INITIAL CONSULTATION Our consultant will take a detailed specification of your needs for the position and style of person you require. At our meeting, we will discuss the company policy and conditions of employment so we can best represent your interests and promote the professional image of your company.
ACTIVE SEARCH Scott Personnel will contact any applicants already registered suiting the job description and inform them of the position. Of those that match your requirements and are interested in your position, we submit a detailed resume for your perusal.
ADVERTISING We place an advertisment on Seek as soon as practicable. In some instances more than one advertisement is required. If special display advertising is required by your company we will compose and insert the advertisement at your direction and costs will be invoiced to you separately to the placement fee. Our advertisements purely focus on the skills required for the position. Your company name is not identified ensuring confidentiality.
SELECTION CRITERA Our consultants screen all telephone calls from advertisements, interview suitable candidates and conduct the necessary assessments.
REFERENCE CHECKING Scott Personnel will reference check every applicant based on the identified referees stated during the interview. Most recent employers are contacted and reference checks are always thorough and completed to a format. We ask you to keep those details strictly confidential and not discuss reference checks with the applicant as the referee has made these comments in confidence.
INTERVIEWING You choose the applicants you wish to see for interview. Our consultants will make all the arrangements for you, confirming interview times and liaising with the candidates to assess their feelings, conveying them to you.
Confidentiality...your company’s name is protected until interviews are arranged. We request you offer the same consideration to the candidates confidential details, particularly if the candidate is still employed.
Once the final decision is made, we contact the successful applicant confirming all details of your offer. Unsuccessful applicants are notified and given any available feedback so to assist them with future interviews.
