We take a detailed specification from you either on the phone or at your premises (depending on the time available) so we get it right and the details are taken correctly. We allocate our fully tested and experienced staff to your specification on skills, hours, dates, any special requests. Our staff are under your command. If the job is finalised earlier than at first thought, the temporary finishes when the job is done. We take care of all the "on-costs" in our all-inclusive hourly rate. The temporary submits an authorised weekly Time Sheet to Scott Personnel and we take care of the temporary's wages at above award rates plus * Workcover * Compulsory Superannuation payments - 9% * Group and Payroll Tax * Wages preparation * Provide PAYG Summaries Thus our services to you are FULLY TAX DEDUCTIBLE. We invoice your company on a weekly basis on a fixed hourly rate so you are aware of your costs. We will add the 10% GST to the total invoice amount and it will be clearly marked for you. We always check with you on the first day and if there are any problems at anytime a change will be made without hesitation. Once you have put the training in with a successful temporary, think ahead to other bookings and book the same temporary - thus assuring you of the same good service. Remember, we can assist you in work overload areas, sick leave, holiday leave and maternity leave - normal hour days or short hour days.
